Community Executive

  

Community Executive (Co-Working Space) – Work Aura

Timing: 8:30 am 5:30 pm

Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday) Twice a month

Location: Main Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan

Role Purpose:
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the co-working space by managing customer experience, workplace facilities, office support staff, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage daily operations of the co-working space (reception, customer handling, meeting rooms, kitchen).
  • Supervise office boys, cleaners, and support staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the facility.
  • Manage office equipment, pantry, kitchen, office stock and place timely orders for supplies.
  • Assist in onboarding new members, clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks like billing follow-ups, record keeping, and coordination with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and office rules.
  • Support management in organizing events, tours, or promotional activities inside the workplace.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, front desk, or facility management.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Customer service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle operational issues calmly.
