Community Executive (Co-Working Space) – Work Aura
Timing: 8:30 am 5:30 pm
Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday) Twice a month
Location: Main Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan
Role Purpose:
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the co-working space by managing customer experience, workplace facilities, office support staff, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage daily operations of the co-working space (reception, customer handling, meeting rooms, kitchen).
- Supervise office boys, cleaners, and support staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the facility.
- Manage office equipment, pantry, kitchen, office stock and place timely orders for supplies.
- Assist in onboarding new members, clients and provide ongoing support.
- Handle basic administrative tasks like billing follow-ups, record keeping, and coordination with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and office rules.
- Support management in organizing events, tours, or promotional activities inside the workplace.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration, front desk, or facility management.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Customer service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational issues calmly.
